These gatherings celebrated yoga&#8217;s deep impact on physical wellness, mental clarity, and spiritual alignment.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>The event welcomed enthusiastic participation from students of:<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:list -->\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li>East Point Public Senior Secondary School, Sulgwan (Hamirpur)<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li>GPS Marahana (Bilaspur)<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li>PM Shri Government Boys Senior Secondary School, Nadaun<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/ul>\n<!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>A total of <strong>155 students<\/strong> actively engaged in guided yoga sessions, discovering the strength of movement, mindfulness, and inner balance.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>This initiative reflected CPU Hamirpur\u2019s continued commitment to promoting wellness through community engagement and holistic education.
