On June 21, Career Point University, Hamirpur, celebrated the 10th International Yoga Day with support from the Ministry of Ayush and Ekal Yog Arogya Yojna. The event saw collaboration from Trisha College of Education, SVN College of Education Tarkwari, Nalanda College of Education Hamirpur, Gram Panchayat Jol Sapp, Trisha Public School, and Rotary Club Hamirpur.
Participants engaged in yoga sessions, breathing exercises, and meditation led by expert instructors. Special guests from the Ministry of Ayush highlighted the importance of yoga. The event included demonstrations, workshops on yoga philosophy and nutrition, and free health camps.
The celebrations concluded with a ceremony where participants shared their experiences and received certificates. The day was a resounding success, promoting health, wellness, and community spirit. Namaste!
