In a bid to bridge the gap between academia and industry, the faculty members of the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) department recently embarked on a fruitful visit to the Center for Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC) in Mohali. The purpose of the visit was to gather valuable feedback from our students who are currently undergoing industrial training through the Himachal Pradesh Kaushal Vikas Nigam. This collaboration aims to provide our students with hands-on experience, exposing them to real-world challenges and ensuring they are well-prepared for their future careers.
We were pleased to see our students thriving in the hands-on learning environment provided by CDAC. Their enthusiasm and adaptability were evident as they tackled real-world projects, applying the skills and knowledge they had gained in the classroom.
Additionally, the students appreciated the mentorship and guidance provided by the experienced professionals at CDAC. This mentorship not only enhanced their technical skills but also instilled in them a sense of professionalism and work ethic that will undoubtedly serve them well in their future careers.
