July 4, 2025, Career Point University, Hamirpur, has officially commenced its academic collaboration with the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Una, with a successful and insightful lab visit that brought together faculty and students for a day of meaningful academic exchange.
Strengthening Academic-Industry Connect
During the visit, faculty members and IT students from CPU explored the cutting-edge research labs and facilities at IIIT Una. The experience offered exposure to advanced computing technologies and ongoing research initiatives in the field of Information Technology.
Importantly, the visit also served as a platform for strategic discussions, including the planning of Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) and the exploration of structured internship opportunities for students of B.Tech (CS/IT), BCA, and MCA programs at CPU Hamirpur.
