Career Point University, Hamirpur, inaugurated a Faculty Development Program (FDP) organized by the Student Welfare Organization, aimed at enhancing faculty understanding of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and promoting collaborative professional growth.
The inaugural session featured an expert talk by Dr. Kuldeep Kumar, Dean of Academic Affairs, who offered a comprehensive overview of NEP 2020. His session highlighted the policy’s core principles, including academic flexibility, skill integration, multidisciplinary learning, and outcome-based education. Dr. Kumar’s insights emphasized the evolving role of educators in shaping a student-centric and future-ready academic environment.
