On the 25th of July 2024, Career Point University celebrated Kargil Vijay Diwas by engaging in a meaningful and impactful tree plantation campaign. This initiative, held in Bandla Dhar of Bilaspur district, was a testament to the university’s commitment to environmental sustainability and community service. The event saw enthusiastic participation from NCC cadets, Rover/Rangers of Bharat Scouts and Guides, and NSS students, who collectively planted trees and contributed to a greener future.

Professor Shashi Kant Ji, a distinguished member of the Himachal Pradesh Private Educational Institutions Regulatory Commission (HPPERC), praised the efforts of Career Point University’s tree plantation campaign. He commended the university for mobilizing its students and cadets in such a commendable cause and acknowledged the positive impact of this initiative on the local environment. Professor Kant Ji also noted the potential for utilizing the planted land for various activities, further enhancing the university’s commitment to community and environmental development.

This campaign is a part of Career Point University’s broader strategy to integrate environmental stewardship into its educational and community activities. By fostering a culture of sustainability and responsibility, the university aims to inspire its students and the broader community to take meaningful action towards preserving and protecting our planet.

Let us all join in celebrating and supporting such green initiatives, and contribute to making a difference, one tree at a time.
