The event began with a welcome address by the Vice Chancellor, followed by a talk on the benefits of yoga by a yoga expert. The talk was followed by a yoga session, which was attended by students, faculty members, and staff.

The yoga session was led by a team of experienced yoga instructors. The session included a variety of yoga poses, breathing exercises, and meditation. The participants thoroughly enjoyed the session and found it to be a great way to relax and de-stress.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks by the organizer.

The International Yoga Day celebration was a great success. It was a day for everyone to come together and celebrate the benefits of yoga. The event was a reminder of the importance of yoga for our physical and mental health. It was also a reminder of the importance of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam, the idea that the world is one family.

Yoga is a great way to connect with ourselves, with each other, and with the world around us. It is a practice that can help us to improve our physical and mental health, to reduce stress, and to live more in the present moment.

I would like to thank everyone who participated in the International Yoga Day celebration. It was a wonderful day, and I am grateful for the opportunity to have shared it with you.

Yoga for Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam

The theme of the International Yoga Day celebration this year was “yoga for Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam”. Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam is a Sanskrit phrase that means “the world is one family”. This theme is particularly relevant in today’s world, where we are increasingly interconnected.

Yoga can help us to connect with each other and with the world around us. It can help us to see the world as one family, and to treat each other with compassion and understanding.

I hope that you will join me in celebrating International Yoga Day next year. It is a great opportunity to learn about the benefits of yoga and to connect with others who share your interest in this ancient practice.
