Career Point University, Hamirpur, proudly launched its one-month Ayurveda and Yoga Training Programme with an inaugural ceremony organized by the Division of Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, CPUH, in collaboration with the CPU-PSI Centre for Traditional Medicine, Yoga & Sanskar, Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY), and Ekal Arogya Yojana.
The programme was formally inaugurated by the Honourable Vice Chancellor, Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Sharma, at Career Point University. The event was graced by esteemed guests, including Dr. Kashinath Samagandi, Director of MDNIY, Dr. Ram Avtar, Honorary Director of CPU-PSI Centre for Traditional Medicine, Yoga & Sanskar, Mr. Gulshan Sandhu, Registrar CPUH, Dr. Kuldeep Kumar, Dean Academic Affairs & Dean of the School of Pharmaceutical & Health Sciences, and Ms. Richa Sharma, PS to VC.
As part of this initiative, Career Point University, in collaboration with Ekal Abhiyan, hosted a rejuvenating yoga session led by experienced yoga volunteers. Students from the university hostels enthusiastically participated, practicing a specially designed yoga protocol aimed at enhancing physical fitness and mental clarity.
This structured programme offers students a valuable opportunity to embrace the ancient wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda, promoting holistic well-being and mindfulness. Through such efforts, Career Point University continues to foster a balanced and health-conscious academic environment.
