The CPUH Multidisciplinary Journal of Research in Social Sciences welcomes original research contributions from scholars, practitioners, and researchers across disciplines including social sciences, law, management, commerce, business studies, and related fields. All submissions undergo rigorous double-blind peer review to ensure academic excellence and methodological rigor.

Manuscript Categories:

  • Research Articles: Original empirical or theoretical research papers (3000-4000 words) that present significant findings and contribute new knowledge to the field.
  • Review Articles: Comprehensive literature reviews or meta-analyses (2500-3500 words) that synthesize existing research and identify future research directions.
  • Case Studies: In-depth analysis of specific cases, organizations, or phenomena (2000-3000 words) with broader theoretical or practical implications.

Submission Requirements:

  • Format: Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word format, double-spaced 1.5, using Times New Roman 12-point font with 1-inch margins throughout.
  • Language: Articles should be written in clear, concise English. Authors whose first language is not English are encouraged to have their manuscripts professionally edited before submission.
  • Length: Word counts include abstract, main text, references, tables, and figure captions but exclude the title page.
  • Structure: Research articles should follow the standard format: Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results/Findings, Discussion, Conclusion, References, and Appendices (if applicable).
  • Citation Style: Authors must use APA 7th edition format for all citations and references. Proper attribution of sources is essential, and plagiarism will result in immediate rejection.

Ethical Considerations:

All research involving human subjects must have appropriate ethical approval from relevant institutional review boards. Authors must declare any conflicts of interest and funding sources. The journal adheres to the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines.

Review Process:

Submitted manuscripts undergo initial editorial screening followed by double-blind peer review by at least two independent reviewers. The review process typically takes 3-4 weeks. Authors will receive detailed feedback regardless of the decision outcome.

Publication Ethics:

The journal maintains strict standards regarding originality, plagiarism, and research integrity. All submissions are checked using plagiarism detection software. Previously published work or work under consideration elsewhere will not be accepted.
