Knowledge Craft

Introduction of Knowledge Craft:

“KnowledgeCraft” is an event designed to provide practical skills, hands-on training, and opportunities for personal and professional development via various Workshops/Seminars for the students in a precisely structured, interactive learning manner. These sessions will cover a wide range of industrial and practical issues and are typically facilitated by experts, faculty members, or professionals in the field.

Rules and Guidelines:

Conducting workshops in a university setting involves adhering to certain guidelines and rules to ensure a smooth and productive event. These guidelines and regulations may evolve & refine one to another level, but as a baseline, it is essential to consult with CPU, Kota administration or events office to understand any specific requirements or policies they may have. Therefore, here are some general guidelines and rules to consider:

1. Event Registration:

  • Establish a registration process for participants via Google form or University Website Portal, which may include collecting names, contact information, and any special requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations when handling participant information.
  • Workshops will be conducted in 2 formats Starting from one week before from the Technovation 24 and concluding  in last day of Technovation
    • Technical Workshop: Hands-on Training (e.g.; Media Editing, Fabrication, Web Based Development, Cyber-Security, Patent Filing, Scientific, Instrument Handling, Instrument Designing, Chemical Processing, Characterization Techniques, Fabrication, Synthesis etc.) 
    • Non-Technical: (e.g.; Research Paper Formation, Digital Marketing, Content Creation & Marketing, Bloom Taxonomy, Pedagogy Techniques, Education, Financial Management, Social Awareness etc)
  • These workshops can be conducted in Department Wise / Topic Wise as well, for this all the department coordinators are required to coordinate with the Event Co-Coordinator.

Prize Money: No Prize Money

  • Best Performer can get award (Momento and Certificates) for Best Oral or Poster Presentation
  • Best Performer can participate in Research Paper Presentation on the basis of their outcomes
  • Best Performer can participate in Technical Project Presentation on the basis of their outcomes

Participants can register from any University all over India through Google Form or Scanning the QR Code
